"Sing to the Lord a New Song":
The Psalms in the Jewish and Catholic Traditions

An Evening of Music, Dialogue, and Learning

November 13, 2018 - Kehillat Beth Israel - 1400 Coldrey Avenue, Ottawa, ON
Sponsored by: the national bilateral dialogue between the Canadian Rabbinic Caucus and the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops

On November 13-14, 2018, Dominican University College (DUC) will be the proud host of the biannual interreligious meeting between the Canadian Rabbinic Caucus and the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops. As a dialogue member, DUC professor Hervé Tremblay O.P., will host the meeting for the first time at DUC. The meetings aim at fostering a mutual understanding of various aspects of the Jewish and Catholic faith traditions.

As part of the dialogue meeting in November, a public event is being organized for members of the general public seeking a greater understanding of either of these faith traditions. "Sing to the Lord a New Song" will be an evening of music, dialogue and learning in order to promote continued dialogue and mutual understanding between Jewish and Catholic faith groups. You are encouraged to attend this enriching event of faith and dialogue.

For more information about the event, please contact Kyle, the CCCB Advisor for Ecclesial and Interfaith Relations, by email at k.ferguson@cccb.ca.
